Feast on Fine Food with Friends and Family and Fundraise for your Favourite orchestra.
WHAT IS IT?
People love good food: from traditional roasts to lavish banquets or just a good tasty curry. Why not combine your love of great food with your love of your favourite orchestra? SbS are launching an exciting new fundraising initiative where you can host an enjoyable dinner party at home whilst also helping to raise funds for Britain’s ground-breaking orchestra of young professionals.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Flaunt your culinary skills and cook for your friends and family. At the end of the meal, your guests match your generosity as host with a donation to SbS.
WHAT’S THE CAUSE?
In 2010 Southbank Sinfonia plans to take its own brand of youthful energy to enthuse and inspire school children in Bradford, Coventry and London. SbS are privileged to work with the best. They, in turn, pass on their skills and passion for music to the next generation through our hugely enjoyable and inspirational education projects. We need to raise £10,000 to ensure that this important work can go ahead.

HOW TO TAKE PART
Let us know that you are hosting a dinner party in aid of SbS and share with us your plans – why not send us your menu, your favourite recipe or photos to include on our dinner party fundraising webpage – we’d love to know what you’re doing to support this fantastic orchestra!
HOW TO DONATE
Let your guests know the cause for your fundraising dinner party and remind them to bring cash or their chequebooks (please make cheques payable to ‘Southbank Sinfonia’). Also, any donations that qualify for Gift Aid will be worth 28% more to us – just let us know which donations qualify. Please send the total amount you’ve raised to Stuart Angel, Southbank Sinfonia, St John’s Waterloo, Waterloo Road, London SE1 8TY. If you are unable to take part in a fundraising dinner party but would still like to make a contribution towards this amazing cause, please contact Stuart Angel on 020 7921 0377 or email stuart@southbanksinfonia.co.uk to make a donation.
Good luck all you budding Delias and Hestons, get cooking!
