In turn, they pass on their skills and passion for music to the next generation through outreach projects.
In 2009 alone over 1,000 school children across the UK benefited from our education workshops:
LEISTON, SUFFOLK – two-day project culminating in a performance at Leiston Primary School
MARLBOROUGH, WILTSHIRE – ‘Buddy’ project alongside Marlborough College, culminating in a performance at the College
LONDON – week-long project exploring music for film, culminating in a workshop at the BFI Southbank
COUNTY DURHAM – SbS was invited by Samling to take part in a week-long project, culminating in a performance at the Durham Gala Theatre
YORK & NORTH YORKSHIRE – week-long project culminating in a performance at the National Railway Museum in York
