MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 2007-2010
1. Click here or select the icon in the top centre of our Event Calendar.
2. Select Microsoft Office Outlook in the Launch Application window and click OK.
3. Click Yes to add the Internet Calendar to Outlook and to subscribe to updates.
4. The SbS Calendar will appear as a separate calendar under Other Calendars in Outlook and will update automatically.
iPHONE
1. In your iPhone, go into Settings and then Mail -> Contacts -> Calendars.
2. Under Accounts select Add Account.
3. Select Other.
4. Under Calendars select Add Subscribed Calendar.
5. Enter the following under Server:
webcal://southbanksinfonia.co.uk/events/feed/info/
and click Next.
6. Under Description enter “Southbank Sinfonia” or similar.
7. Click Save.
8. You may see a message about an account not being able to reach the calendar – ignore this and select Save.
9. The SbS Calendar will update automatically.
GOOGLE CALENDAR
1. Under Other Calendars click Add and then Add by URL.
2. Enter the following URL:
webcal://www.southbanksinfonia.co.uk/events/feed/ical/
3. Click Add Calendar.
4. The SbS Calendar will update automatically.
